Who am I?
Ken is an esteemed Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered Construction Manager, a Coach, and a Mentor with over 20 years of industry experience. An individual with excellent professional ethics, whose mantra is “do more than you are paid.” This equips him to go the extra mile for the success and growth of any partnership, venture, business, or organisation.
No matter which industry Ken finds himself in, his flexibility, responsibility, diligence, enthusiasm, respect for others, standard of service, integrity, and professionalism are today's key drivers that equip him to achieve results.
Ken has been sharing his extensive knowledge and experience as a coach and a mentor to diverse individuals at the workplace, industry, and community levels. It does not take a lengthy conversation with him, and he will begin to show his prowess by affecting you positively which always leaves a mark on your impression of him and how you intend to steer your course in life.
Pursuing science as his major during his early educational career, he came to believe and understand that the backbone of our existence revolves around the power and nature of science. To this day, he attributes his level of thinking, largely to the broader exposure he obtained during his study of science. Although a slight digression currently in the built environment and infrastructure, he has amassed a wealth of experience having worked on numerous projects in telecommunications, railway infrastructure, major civil engineering, airports, high-profile mechanical plants (Oil and Gas industry), and high-end construction projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.
Ken sees potential in every individual he has interacted with, he believes that life and its causes have a plan for everyone. He possesses excellent foresight and the ability to “think outside the box,” which he strives to pass on as a skill following interaction and communication.
An engagement with him during coaching and mentorship opportunities is a breath of fresh air, together with a positive approach from the mentee will help the mentee to attain greater heights.
